Key Responsibilities

- Manage operations on e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, and Tata CLiQ.
- Handle product listings, cataloging, pricing updates, and content optimization.
- Monitor product performance, visibility, and rankings.
- Coordinate with internal teams and platform account managers.




- Assign tasks and ensure timely completion of work.
- Support junior team members and maintain smooth team coordination.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Resolve operational issues and handle escalations effectively.
- Improve workflows and maintain quality standards.

Required Skills

- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Solid knowledge of e-commerce marketplace operations.
- Proficiency in Excel and reporting.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills.
