Required Skills

- Solid hands-on experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

- Expertise in Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.

- Experience in Salesforce customization and configuration, including Flows, Validation Rules, Profiles, Permission Sets, and Workflows.

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and Middleware tools.

- Knowledge of Salesforce security architecture and sharing model.

- Experience in data migration, deployment, and release management.

- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Implement business requirements through custom development and platform configuration.

- Build scalable integrations between Salesforce and external applications.

- Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, LWC components, and custom APIs.

- Configure case management, service processes, workflows, approvals, and automation.

- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.
