Recruiter Volume Hiring

Job Summary

We are looking for a Recruiter with hands-on experience in volume hiring to support high-volume recruitment requirements. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing multiple positions simultaneously, sourcing candidates at scale, and driving the hiring process within defined timelines.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume hiring requirements.

- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, databases, and other channels.

- Screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.

- Conduct initial candidate interactions and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.

- Maintain a healthy pipeline of candidates to meet hiring targets.

- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure timely closures.

- Track recruitment metrics, interview schedules, offers, and joining status.





- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and priorities.

- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

- Consistently achieve daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets.

Job Specifications - Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in volume hiring / bulk recruitment.

- Proven experience handling multiple vacancies and high-volume recruitment drives.

- Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience working in a target-driven and rapid-paced environment.

- Good follow-up and stakeholder management skills.

- Willingness to work from office in Hyderabad for the duration of the contract.
