We are looking for enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and analytical candidates to join our team as Geospatial Analysts (POI Mapping). This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about digital maps, location-based services, GIS, navigation, and data analysis.

The role involves working on Point of Interest (POI) information across digital mapping platforms while ensuring high levels of accuracy, quality, and customer experience.

General Guidelines

- Registrations will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Participation is limited to the first 350 eligible candidates reporting between 09:00 AM and 10:00 AM.
- Personal laptops, tablets, or other electronic devices are not permitted during the interview process.
- Candidates are advised to carry a mobile charger as the interview and assessment process may extend throughout the day.
- Applicants must be Graduates or Postgraduates. Candidates currently pursuing full-time education are not eligible.
- The role operates in a 24x7 work environment supporting global customers and requires flexibility to work in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Eligibility Criteria

- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 Months of experience.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in any discipline.
- Basic understanding of maps, geography, GIS, navigation, or location-based services.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Key Responsibilities

- Review, validate, and update Point of Interest (POI) information on digital mapping platforms.
- Verify business information such as name, address, phone number, category, operating hours, and geographic coordinates.
- Perform map data quality checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.




- Research location data using reliable online and public sources.
- Identify duplicate, incorrect, and outdated map information and recommend corrections.
- Support geocoding and reverse geocoding activities.
- Analyse mapping issues and escalate complex cases when required.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Maintain compliance with project guidelines, quality standards, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve data quality and operational efficiency.
