Bharat Biotech International Limited is hosting a Walk-In Interview drive for experienced production professionals to build a career in Vaccine & Injectable Manufacturing. We are looking for skilled talent for our manufacturing facilities located in Hyderabad and Ankleshwar.

Key Responsibilities

1. Drug Product (Formulation & Filling Operations)

- Execute Formulation & Compounding processes for vaccines and injectable products following strict aseptic procedures.
- Operate advanced automated machinery across primary packaging lines, including Vial Washing, Filling (Vial's, BFS, PFS), Sealing, and Capping.
- Maintain barrier systems and aseptic containment environments, specifically handling C-Rabs, O-Rabs, and Isolator technologies.
- Manage component sterilization and equipment preparation using Autoclave systems.

2. Drug Substance (Bioprocess Operations)

- Manage Upstream Processes, including Cell Culture, Fermentation scale-up, and Bioreactor operations.




- Execute Downstream Processes involving Virus Culture propagation, Centrifugation, Purification, Tangential Flow Filtration (TFF), and Chromatography operations.
- Maintain documentation standards by accurately updating Batch Production Records (BPR) in compliance with regulatory expectations.

Eligibility Criteria & Requirements:

- Experience Required: 3 to 15 Years in Injectable & Vaccines manufacturing industries.
- Educational Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc / M.Pharm / Diploma / ITI (Graduation & Post Graduation).
- Shift Operations: Candidates must be versatile to work in rotational shifts.Role & responsibilities
