Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Pega Developer to design, develop, and implement business process management solutions using the Pega platform. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Pega PRPC and a solid understanding of BPM concepts, application architecture, and integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop Pega applications using Pega PRPC and related tools.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Configure and customize Pega workflows,
case management, and UI components.
- Integrate Pega applications with external systems using REST, SOAP, and other APIs.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Prepare technical documentation and provide support during deployment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience: 25 years of hands-on experience in Pega development.
- Technical Skills:
- Pega PRPC (v8.x preferred)
- Case Management and Decisioning
- Integration using REST/SOAP
- Knowledge of Java and SQL
- Certifications: Pega CSA (Certified System Architect) or higher preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with Pega frameworks (CRM, Customer Service, etc.).
- Knowledge of Agile methodology.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
