Operations Executive / Senior Operations Executive

Experience: 0-4 Years

We are hiring for the Operations Executive and Senior Operations Executive roles.

Preferred Industry: Candidates from any industry are welcome to apply. Experience in operations, logistics, transportation, or customer service will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate effectively with vendors and chauffeurs to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage vendor relationships and day-to-day vendor operations.
- Handle booking auto-allocation, booking confirmation, and tracking.
- Ensure vehicle availability and proper maintenance for timely dispatch.
- Deliver excellent customer service by ensuring smooth and hassle-free booking dispatch.
- Manage vehicle inventory and monitor fleet availability.
- Follow operational SOPs and ensure timely execution of assigned tasks.
- Work in night shifts and rotational shifts as per business requirements.

Requirements

- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong operational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in rotational and night shifts.
