1. Daily Stock Checking and matching without Problems

2. Material feeding Without line stoppage

3. FIFO should be follow

4. Receiving and check physical quantity and invoice quantity against supply

5. Check material receiving conditions and packing standard

6. Make GRN and Account summary against received document

7. Submitting received invoices to purchase

8. Make returnable and non returnable DC's

9. Make Sales invoices, Rejection invoices and return invoices

10. Check Physical and document quantity before load to supplier vehicle

11. Move received materials to allocated location and arrange as per FIFO

12. Move materials to waiting for inspection area if the material is an inspection material

13. Feeding material to production without delay

14. Inform incharge about shortage and excess stocks of material

15.



Receiving rejection with proper documents from quality

16. Arrange received rejection material properly in rejection area

17. Receiving Scrap with proper documents from Process quality

18. Check and move received scrap material to scrap yard
19. check materials are stored in allocated area or not

20. Stock taking and checking regularly

21. Maintain 3C 5S in storage area

22. Monitoring empty moving from production line and quality

23. Loading empty bins and trolleys to supplier

24. Monitering and controling CL's

25. Monitering CL's

26. All work related to SAP & SIS
