Responsibilities:

Mechanical Maintenance (API Manufacturing):

- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of reactors, centrifuges, dryers, agitated nutsche filters, pumps, and material handling equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical failures and ensure maximum equipment uptime in API production areas.
- Support installation, commissioning, and qualification of new equipment.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and maintenance documentation requirements.

Instrumentation Maintenance (API Manufacturing):

- Maintain and calibrate pressure, temperature, flow,



level instruments, control valves, and analytical instruments.
- Troubleshoot PLC, SCADA, and DCS systems to ensure smooth process operations.
- Execute calibration and preventive maintenance activities as per approved schedules.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, data integrity, and instrumentation standards.

Electrical Maintenance (API Manufacturing):

- Carry out maintenance of motors, VFDs, transformers, MCCs, PCCs, DG sets, and power distribution systems.
- Attend electrical breakdowns and ensure uninterrupted production operations.
- Execute preventive maintenance and electrical safety inspections.
- Maintain electrical documentation and ensure compliance with GMP and EHS requirements.

Utilities Maintenance (API Manufacturing):

- Operate and maintain Boilers, Chillers, Cooling Towers, HVAC, Air Compressors, Nitrogen Systems, and Water Systems.
- Monitor utility parameters to ensure uninterrupted support to manufacturing operations.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of utility equipment.
- Ensure utility systems comply with GMP, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Experience/Qualification:

- B Tech/ Diploma (Mechanical/Electrical/instrumentation) with 3-8 years of relevant industry experience.
