- Ensure effective communication with team members, customers, and stakeholders to maintain a positive shopping setting.

- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

- Analyze sales data to optimize product assortment, pricing, and promotions.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 4-9 years of experience in apparel industry or related field (retail operations).

- Strong knowledge of fashion trends, consumer behavior, and market dynamics.

- Excellent leadership skills with ability to motivate teams towards achieving goals.

- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel) for data analysis and reporting purposes.
