Primary Responsibilities

- Understanding the latent needs of the given Manpower requirement. (sourcing &screening;)

- Coordinating with client & candidates for interviews and selection

- Coordinating with the client for the smooth functioning of the recruitment process

- Maintain profile database for easy retrieval of data for the client

- Maintaining and updating all MIS formats on time

- Establish client relationship and rapport for meeting the project objectives

- Participating in HR Forums to Build Network & Connect with Potential Clients

- Maintaining Client Relationship (Periodical Visits, Taking Feedback, Keeping in Touch)

- Anchoring Brand Building / Product Campaigning Activities with marketing teams help

- Timely Management of Invoices and Collection

- Timely Submission of MIS Reports to the Reporting Manager

- Adhering to the CT Hiring and MyPDCA Portal without any Deviation (internal portal)





- Doing Market Mapping and Identifying Business Opportunities

Secondary Responsibilities

- Enhancing the LinkedIn Connections

- Participating in the Special Initiatives of CareerTree

- Many others as the business demands from time to time.
