- To provide administration support to SCM head and other team members.
- Inventory Control, dispatches & maintenance of stock in proper conditions.
- Updating Stock in ERP, on daily basis in terms of inward, outward and damage in transit.
- Responsible for Billing and Dispatch the stock
- Stock reconciliation& Record Maintenance.
- Coordinating with transporters for available facilities.
- Preparation of Weekly and daily dispatch Reports
- Preparation of Monthly Products Movements Reports.
- Coordinating for various Audit Processes and Procedures in terms of hygiene and stock Audit.
- Responsibility for all related Documents

We DO NOT work on SAP, need people who are excellent in EXCEL and can migrate to ERP.
