Position: Hotel Manager

Location: Resort & Banquet Hall

Experience: 5+ Years preferred

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Hotel Manager to manage the overall operations of our Resort & Banquet Hall.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day hotel, resort, and banquet operations.
- Supervise and coordinate front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and banquet teams.
- Ensure excellent guest service and customer satisfaction.
- Manage banquet bookings, events, weddings, parties, and corporate functions.
- Handle staff scheduling, training, discipline, and performance.
- Monitor inventory, purchases, operating costs, and daily expenses.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and event organizers.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, hygiene, and hospitality standards.
- Resolve guest complaints and operational issues professionally.




- Achieve revenue and occupancy targets while maintaining service quality.

Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience as a Hotel Manager / Resort Manager / Banquet Manager.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling abilities.
- Good knowledge of hotel and banquet operations.
- Ability to manage multiple events and operational activities simultaneously.
- Presentable, professional, and service-oriented personality.
