Customer Service Associate International Chat Process

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Handle customer queries through live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide accurate information.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through prompt and courteous support.
- Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously while meeting response-time targets.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records and interaction details in the CRM.
- Follow company policies, quality standards, and data privacy guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Achieve key performance metrics such as CSAT, FRT, AHT, and Resolution Rate.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Education: 10+2 is mandatory.
- Diploma (3 years), Undergraduates, BE/B.Tech, or Graduates from any stream can apply.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.




- Candidates with 13 years of relevant experience can also apply.
- Prior customer service/chat process experience will be an added advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
