Position: International Voice Process Executive

Department: Customer Support / BPO

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and/or outbound international customer calls.
- Communicate with customers professionally and resolve their queries.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, or accounts.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain excellent customer service and meet quality standards.
- Document customer interactions and update information in the CRM/system.
- Follow company policies, scripts, and process guidelines.
- Achieve assigned performance targets such as call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.

Requirements

- Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
- Valuable listening and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable communicating with international customers.




- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM systems.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Candidates with BPO/customer-service experience are preferred; freshers may also be considered depending on the process.
