Key Responsibilities

- Lead overall plant operations, including Production, PPC, Maintenance, Supply Chain and Dispatch.
- Drive production planning and capacity utilization to achieve business targets.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, Kanban and TPM across plant operations.
- Build a 100% process-driven and system-oriented manufacturing environment.
- Ensure 100% OTIF (On-Time In-Full) dispatches for major global customers.
- Optimize raw material consumption and reduce operational wastage.
- Improve shop-floor productivity, efficiency and process discipline.
- Monitor operational KPIs and take data-driven corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Quality, Purchase, Sales and other functions for smooth end-to-end operations.




- Develop and lead high-performing production and operations teams.
- Drive continuous improvement, cost reduction and operational excellence.

Requirements & Qualifications

- B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical / Production / Automobile Engineering or MBA in Operations.
- 12–18 years of relevant experience in manufacturing operations.
- Strong background in system-driven manufacturing.
- Experience in Automobile / Auto-Ancillary, Packaging, Converting or high-volume Export Manufacturing preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Lean, 5S, Kaizen, Kanban and TPM.
- Proven experience in plant leadership, production planning, maintenance and supply chain coordination.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Experience managing large-scale manufacturing operations and achieving delivery targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile A result-oriented Plant / Operations Leader who can establish systems, improve productivity, control wastage, strengthen shop-floor discipline and ensure OTIF delivery to global buyers.
