EXECUTIVE ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLES
Location: Hyderabad
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com
Experience: Minimum 4 to 8 years in Accounts Receivables / Finance & Accounts preferred
Industry: FMCG / Food Industry experience will be an added advantage
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Invoice generation and processing
- Monitor outstanding payments and AR ageing
- Regular follow-up with customers for timely collections
- Customer account reconciliation
- Handle credit/debit notes and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain AR ledgers and prepare relevant reports
- Coordinate with Sales, Logistics and other internal teams
- Support monthly closing, audits and documentation
- Ensure proper financial controls and accurate record maintenance
- Follow up on outstanding receivables and support timely collections
KEY SKILLS
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel / Advanced Excel
- Working knowledge of Tally / SAP / Oracle / ERP systems preferred
- Good knowledge of GST & TDS
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong coordination skills

COMPENSATION & EMPLOYMENT DETAILS
Maximum Net Take-Home: 25,000 – 28,000 per month The offered compensation will depend on the candidate's experience, skills, overall suitability and interview performance.
