Job Title: HR Operations Associates

Timings: 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM

Venue: Tata Consultancy Services Ltd, Think Campus, Electronic City Phase 2, Bengaluru – 560100

Shift: Should be comfortable with Night Shift & 24x7 Rotational Support. Work from Office only

- Step 6: You will receive the EP number on your personal e-mail ID.

Mandatory Documents to carry:

- 2 Copy Recent Passport Size Photographs

Eligibility:
- Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
- Should be flexible with night shifts & rotation shifts

Relevant Experience (in Yrs) Graduate with 1-3 years of experience.

Must Have

Technical/Functional Skills • Manage the employee lifecycle – Handle all stages, including onboarding, transfers, promotions and offboarding, ensuring a consistent and compliant process across countries • Process HR transactions – Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, PeopleSoft).
- Support audits and reporting – Assist with HR reporting requirements and participate in audits to ensure compliance • Create and maintain SOPs for data management processes

Experience Required • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience • Knowledge of global HR processes and standard operating procedures is preferable • Proficient in MS excel for managing data • Valuable Communication Skills
