- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Domestic IT requirements.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and referrals.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, CTC, and notice period.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure timely candidate follow-ups.
- Understand client requirements and provide relevant profiles.
- Maintain candidate data and recruitment trackers/ATS.
- Negotiate offers and ensure successful candidate joining.
- Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.
Preferred candidate profile
- 2-3 years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment
- Positive understanding of the Indian IT hiring market
- Experience recruiting across multiple IT technologies
- Strong sourcing and screening skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
