Job Overview

We are hiring Technical Support Executives for an Anti-Virus Voice Process in Jaipur. The role involves assisting customers with technical queries related to antivirus products and providing effective solutions through voice support.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through voice calls.
- Understand and resolve basic technical issues related to antivirus products.
- Provide accurate information and troubleshooting assistance to customers.
- Understand and use technical terminology and jargon appropriately.
- Maintain professional communication throughout customer interactions.
- Follow process guidelines and quality standards.
- Achieve assigned performance and customer service targets.

Eligibility
- Graduates: Freshers can apply.
- Undergraduates: Minimum 6 months of documented work experience required.
- Valuable verbal communication skills are mandatory.
- Candidates should have a basic understanding of technical terms and terminology.
- Candidates must be comfortable working in rotational shifts.




- Willingness to work in rotational week-offs is required.

Shift & Work Schedule
- 5 days working
- 10-hour shift duration, including 1-hour break
- Rotational shifts, with preference for candidates comfortable with night shifts
- Rotational week-offs

Salary & Incentives
- CTC: 28,800 per month (including statutory bonus)
- Performance Linked Incentive (PLI): Up to 3,200 per month, as per eligibility/performance

Cab Facility
- Cab facility available after completion of training, subject to company policy and applicable shift/location criteria.
