- Check garments at different stages of production according to quality standards.
- Inspect fabric, stitching, measurements, finishing, and workmanship.
- Identify and report defects such as open seam, broken stitch, skip stitch, puckering, stains, holes, and measurement variation.
- Assist Quality Inspectors and Supervisors during inline and final inspections.
- Ensure rejected and defective garments are properly identified and segregated.
- Maintain daily quality inspection reports and defect records.
- Support the team in finding the root cause of repeated quality defects.
- Follow up on rework and ensure defective garments are corrected.
- Verify measurements using the approved measurement sheet/specification.
- Ensure quality procedures and customer requirements are followed on the production floor.
- Communicate quality issues immediately to the concerned Sewing Operator, Team Leader, or Supervisor.
- Assist in maintaining quality registers, check sheets, and inspection records.
- Support internal quality audits and customer inspections.
- Follow company safety, housekeeping, and hygiene requirements.
- Perform any other quality-related duties assigned by the Quality Supervisor/Manager
