Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Delivery Lead to drive the successful execution of large-scale data and technology programs. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and solving complex business and delivery challenges, owning the data and product roadmap, and ensuring seamless execution across teams. You will provide strong operational and program leadership while working closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with pharma clients to translate domain-specific business problems into data and analytics solutions, leveraging consulting experience to drive adoption and measurable outcomes.
- Apply deep knowledge of pharma functional areas (Commercial, Medical Affairs, R&D;, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Market Access) to contextualize delivery challenges and ensure solutions align with industry-specific workflows and compliance requirements.
- Lead the identification and definition of complex business challenges, whether they arise from delivery challenges (resource bottlenecks, technical obstacles) or customer-side issues (usability, satisfaction). Break down these challenges into smaller, manageable components and align teams toward clear goals and outcomes.
- Develop and maintain the program roadmap, aligning it with organizational goals. Adjust and adapt the roadmap based on changing business priorities, feedback from stakeholders, or unforeseen challenges.
- Develop a deep understanding of the program's value to customers and clients. Ensure we addresses customer pain points and drives business growth. Ensure that features and updates meet customer expectations.
- Oversee the execution of operational processes, ensuring all teams are aligned and accountable for meeting program objectives. Track progress and continually optimize workflows to enhance productivity and performance.
- Actively manage relationships with key stakeholders, including development teams, designers,



marketing, sales, customer support, and leadership.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication across teams to ensure alignment on goals and progress.
- Articulate complex business problems, product strategies, and program progress to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a transparent, concise, and compelling manner. Provide regular updates on program status, roadblocks, and solutions.
- Proactively seek opportunities to improve the Program and processes, drawing from customer feedback, performance metrics, and lessons learned. Drive ongoing optimization efforts to enhance program performance and user experience.

Required Skills and Experience:

- 10–14 years of overall work experience, with 7+ years in Program and Project Management and 8+ years of experience working within the pharmaceutical industry across multiple functional areas (e.g., Commercial, R&D;, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, Supply Chain, or Market Access)
- 8+ years of hands-on pharma industry experience spanning at least two functional areas, with a strong understanding of domain-specific data, processes, and regulatory context (e.g., GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, GDPR in clinical settings).
- Pharma consulting experience — either at a consultancy or in an internal strategic/advisory role — is strongly preferred; experience engaging with pharma clients on data and analytics programs is a plus
- Proficiency in using tools such as JIRA to manage tasks, track progress, and report on project status.
- Strong understanding of SQL for querying databases and analyzing data.




- Familiarity with the technical aspects of data product development and building scalable enterprise data warehouse systems, including architecture and cloud infrastructure, to effectively communicate with development teams.
- Experience in managing and executing large programs; ability to act as an Agile coach to teams and customers.
- Experience in managing multiple teams and scaling them.
- Ability to identify and analyse complex business challenges (technical, operational, or client-related) and break them into smaller, manageable problems, support proposal creation and pre-sales activities.
- Experience in creating and maintaining data and product roadmaps, adjusting them based on changing priorities, feedback, and unforeseen challenges (risk and change management, risk mitigation).
- Ability to build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders, including developers, designers, marketing, sales, and leadership teams.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Operational leadership experience in overseeing the execution of operational processes and improving workflows for maximum efficiency.
