Description
The RMM|M05|DPI West_2 Maintenance|Indore role is crucial for our Maintenance|DPI West Maintenance department. Your expertise will be instrumental in managing maintenance ticketing, budgeting, utility costs, warehouse compliance, and asset management. Additionally, you will play a key role in material planning, reducing OLO closures, and taking preventive actions to minimize breakdowns.

Responsibilities

- Manage maintenance ticketing and ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues.
- Budget and control RnM costs effectively.
- Optimize utility costs and implement cost-saving measures.
- Ensure warehouse compliance and safety standards are met.
- Oversee asset scrap management and disposal processes.
- Plan and procure materials for maintenance activities.
- Implement strategies to reduce OLO closures and improve operational efficiency.
- Take proactive measures to prevent equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth maintenance operations.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for maintenance activities.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance operations, preferably in the F&B; industry.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance management systems and ticketing software.
- Excellent analytical skills for budgeting and cost management.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and compliance regulations.
- Ability to plan and execute maintenance strategies effectively.
- Good understanding of preventive maintenance practices.
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant maintenance software.
- Willingness to work in a quick-paced, dynamic environment.
