Job Profile:

· Supplier Coordination

- Work with suppliers to validate production capacity, efficiency, and compliance.
- Review supplier line layouts, SAM (Standard Allowed Minute) calculations, and productivity benchmarks.
- Ensure suppliers follow agreed technical standards and timelines.

· Costing Support

- Provide accurate SAM and efficiency data to support costing team in negotiations.
- Analyze labor, machine, and process costs to ensure competitive vendor pricing.
- Highlight cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

· Technical Development (TD) Collaboration

- Partner with TD team to review product construction, critical operations, and feasibility.
- Suggest process improvements to reduce complexity and improve manufacturability.
- Validate technical packages and ensure alignment with supplier capabilities.

· CAD Team Collaboration

- Support CAD team in marker efficiency,



fabric utilization, and layout optimization.
- Provide feedback on CAD reports to improve yield and reduce wastage.
- Ensure CAD data is aligned with supplier production practices.

· Process & Compliance

- Conduct time and motion studies for new styles.
- Validate supplier adherence to buyer protocols (AQL, quality standards).
- Document and report efficiency metrics for vendor ranking and re-assessment.

Skill Required-

- Robust knowledge of work study, SAM, line balancing.
- Proficiency in CAD/marker efficiency tools.
- Analytical mindset with costing and negotiation support skills.
- Excellent communication and vendor management ability long with internal stack holder
