Responsible for accurately indexing and classifying incoming insurance documents into the appropriate systems/workflows. The role involves reviewing documents, identifying document types, capturing required metadata, and ensuring accurate routing for downstream processing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review and index documents accurately as per process guidelines.
- Validate document type, policy details, and required information.
- Route documents to the appropriate queue/workflow.
- Maintain accuracy, productivity, and TAT/SLA adherence.
- Identify exceptions and escalate discrepancies as required.
- Follow quality, compliance, and data security standards.
