Role: Relationship Manager – Commercial Leasing

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Week Off)

Role Purpose:

n

n
- Drive commercial leasing and business development activities.
n
- Build robust relationships with property owners, developers, landlords and corporate clients.
n
- Generate and convert leasing opportunities while achieving business targets.
n
- Manage the leasing pipeline, client relationships and CRM.
n

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Develop and execute commercial leasing and business development strategies.
n
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, landlords and corporate clients.
n
- Identify and source commercial properties and suitable tenant opportunities.
n
- Generate, manage and convert leasing leads into closures.
n
- Lead client meetings, property visits and commercial negotiations.
n
- Manage the leasing pipeline, occupancy and revenue targets.
n
- Ensure accurate CRM management,



including leads, properties, deals and renewals.
n
- Drive lease renewals and maintain strong tenant relationships.
n
- Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Marketing and Operations for smooth transaction closure.
n
- Prepare leasing performance reports and provide market insights to management.
n
