Roles and Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve their concerns in a timely and professional manner.

- Provide accurate information about products/services to customers through effective communication skills.

- Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software or other tools.

- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing) to address complex issues that require escalation.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 0-1 year of experience in BPO/call center setting preferred but not mandatory.

- Freshers from non-voice backgrounds can also apply.

- Graduates in any discipline will be considered.

- Good communication skills.

- Male candidates are preferred.
