We are looking for a Business Analyst to manage client requirements and coordinate IT, IoT and manufacturing projects from requirement gathering to implementation and handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client business and technical requirements.
- Interact with customers and factory teams to identify problems and requirements.
- Convert business requirements into clear functional requirements.
- Coordinate with Software, IoT, QA and Implementation teams.
- Prepare BRD, FRD, process flows and user stories.
- Track development, testing, UAT and implementation.
- Conduct client demos and collect feedback.
- Manage requirement changes and project communication.
- Support factory/site visits, implementation and final handover.
Required Skills
- Robust communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in requirement gathering and documentation.
- Good understanding of software applications, APIs, databases and SDLC.
- Basic knowledge of IoT, Industry 4.0, PLCs, sensors and machine connectivity is preferred.
- Ability to work with both clients and technical teams.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites.
Qualification Bachelor's degree in Engineering / IT / Computer Science / Business Administration or related field.
