Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial transactions, statutory compliances, and financial documentation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally/ERP, MS Excel, GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and accurately record financial transactions.
- Handle sales/purchase invoicing, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Perform regular bank reconciliation and maintain proper banking records.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Prepare and maintain GST, TDS and other statutory records/compliances.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and coordinate for timely settlements.
- Coordinate with vendors, customers, banks, and internal departments regarding accounting-related matters.
- Assist in monthly closing, MIS reports,



financial statements, and audit requirements.
- Maintain proper accounting documents, vouchers, invoices, and supporting records.
- Ensure accuracy of financial data and compliance with company accounting procedures.
- Perform other accounting and finance-related activities as assigned by management.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Tally / ERP accounting software.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Practical knowledge of GST and TDS.
- Knowledge of Accounts Payable & Receivable.
- Experience in Bank Reconciliation and Ledger Reconciliation.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Candidates with experience in Shipping, Logistics, Transport, or related industries will be preferred.
