Duties and Responsibilities

- Greeting and Seating: Welcome guests warmly, hand out menus, and guide or escort them to their tables.

- Taking Orders: Record food and drink selections accurately, enter them into a POS system, and note any allergies or special dietary requests.

- Serving Orders: Deliver dishes and beverages promptly from the kitchen and bar to the correct tables.

- Guest Care: Check in with diners during the meal to ensure satisfaction, refill drinks, and transparent used plates.

- Billing and Payments: Prepare bills, present checks, and process cash or credit card payments.

Preparation and Closing Tasks

- Opening Duties: Set up tables with clean linens, silverware, and glasses, and review daily specials with staff.

- Maintenance: Keep the dining area tidy, wipe down tables,



and remove debris throughout the shift.

- Closing Duties: Restock condiments, roll silverware, clean service stations, and assist with final cleaning.

Essential Skills

- Communication: Speak clearly and listen actively to guests and kitchen staff.

- Multitasking: Manage multiple tables and tasks smoothly during peak hours.

- Physical Stamina: Remain on your feet for long hours and carry heavy trays.

Pay: ₹17,500.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
