We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Waiter to provide excellent dining service. The ideal candidate should ensure guests have a pleasant experience by taking orders accurately, serving food promptly, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and seat customers with a positive attitude.
- Present the menu and explain dishes when required.
- Take customer orders accurately using the POS/KOT system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Ensure tables are clean and properly set before and after service.
- Handle customer requests and resolve minor complaints courteously.
- Coordinate with the kitchen for timely order delivery.
- Process bills and assist with payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area.
- Follow restaurant SOPs, food safety, and hygiene standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a waiter (preferred).
- Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English/Marathi is an advantage.
- Well-groomed, polite, and customer-oriented.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and shifts.
