We are looking for an experienced Voice Bot Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in Conversational AI, NLP, ASR/STT, and TTS. The candidate will be responsible for developing, integrating, testing, and optimizing voice-based conversational solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain voice bots and conversational AI applications.

- Design conversational flows, intents, entities, prompts, and fallback mechanisms.

- Integrate ASR/STT and TTS platforms such as Google, Azure, Amazon, or Whisper.

- Work with frameworks such as RASA, Dialogflow, IBM Watson, or similar platforms.

- Develop integrations with REST APIs, databases, CRM, and third-party services.

- Use Python for bot development, NLP processing, and integrations.

- Analyze call/conversation data to improve bot accuracy, containment, and user experience.

- Troubleshoot and optimize ASR, TTS, NLP, latency, and conversation flow issues.

- Support deployment, monitoring, testing,



and continuous improvement of production voice bots.

Required Skills

- 3+ years of experience in Voice Bot / Conversational AI development.

- 3+ years of experience with NLP and conversational systems.

- Strong hands-on experience with ASR/STT and TTS.

- Proficiency in Python.

- Experience with intent classification, entity extraction, NLP, and dialogue management.

- Experience with API integrations and production deployments.

- Positive understanding of voice bot architecture and conversational workflows.

Good to Have

- Experience with LLMs, Generative AI, prompt engineering, or RAG.

- Experience with Twilio, Exotel, Plivo, or similar telephony platforms.

- Knowledge of Docker, FastAPI/Flask, AWS/Azure/GCP.

- Experience with real-time audio streaming/WebSockets.
