Job Summary :

We are seeking a motivated and articulate individual to join our dynamic team as an International Voice Process Executive. In this critical role, you will be the primary point of contact for our US-based clients, providing essential support within the healthcare sector. Roles and Responsibilities :

- Client Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound calls with US clients in a professional, empathetic, and patient manner.
- Communication: Communicate clearly and effectively, explaining complex healthcare information, procedures, or products in a simple, understandable way.
- Persuasion & Guidance: Utilize persuasive communication techniques to guide clients toward appropriate solutions, answer their queries, and encourage positive actions (e.g., scheduling appointments, understanding benefits, etc.).
- Tool Navigation: Navigate and efficiently use multiple healthcare software applications, CRM systems, and databases to access and update client information accurately.
- Record Keeping:



Maintain precise and detailed records of all client interactions in the designated systems to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Problem Solving: Identify and address client concerns with a problem-solving mindset, escalating complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor when necessary.
- Compliance: Adhere strictly to all company policies, compliance regulations, and US data privacy standards (including HIPAA).

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Education: Any Bachelor's degree (Graduation in any discipline).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal English communication skills with a neutral accent, clear articulation, and strong listening skills.
- Persuasion: Demonstrated ability to convince and influence others in a positive, customer-centric manner.
- Technical Aptitude: Basic computer proficiency and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new healthcare tools and software.
- Work Ethic: A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
- Shift Availability: Must be willing and able to work full-time night shifts aligned with US business hours.

Joining Status: Immediate joiners are strongly preferred.

Work Schedule :

· Night Shift: 7 PM – 5:00 AM (Indian Standard Time)

· Weekend working based on client requirement.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
