About the Role

We're looking for experienced VNA (Voice and Accent) Trainers to join our upcoming UK Retail process in Pune. If you have a passion for training, strong communication skills, and experience shaping voice and accent standards for international teams, this is your prospect to grow with us in a large-scale hiring drive!

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver Voice & Accent (VNA) training to new hires and existing agents supporting the UK Retail process
- Design and conduct training modules to improve pronunciation, fluency, tone, and communication effectiveness
- Assess trainee performance and provide structured feedback for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with Operations and Quality teams to align training with process requirements




- Maintain training documentation, reports, and track batch performance

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate (mandatory)
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a VNA Trainer , preferably with international/UK process exposure
- VNA Certification is an added advantage (not mandatory)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Prior experience training for international voice processes preferred
- Willingness to work in UK rotational shifts , including night shifts as required

- Night Shifts may be required
- Fixed Weekend Off
