- Create precise 3D VMC programs using Powermill / Delcam software
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in VMC Programming
- Should have knowledge and experience of using 4th Axis
- Design Machining Fixtures, jigs and setups
- Select cutting tools, parameters, speeds, and feeds for efficient machining
- Plan machining sequences and ensure quality output as per drawing specifications
- Troubleshoot machining issues and optimize cycle times
- Act as Production in Charge, leading day to day production activities.
- Allocate jobs, manage machine engagement, and ensure optimal resource utilization
- Reduce machine downtime through proactive planning and quick problem-solving
- Monitor and improve production Efficiency and output on a daily basis

Qualification : Minimum Diploma Mechanical / BE Mechanical Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
