We are looking for a VMC programmer cum Operator with 3 to 4 years of experience for our manufacturing unit in Ghaziabad, Meerut Road. The job involves operating VMC machines and handling various machining and production responsibilities:

- Operate VMC machines as per production requirements and engineering drawings.
- Set up machines, fixtures, tools and workpieces for machining operations.
- Read and understand engineering drawings, dimensions and machining instructions.
- Perform tool setting, tool offset adjustments and basic machine parameter changes.
- Check finished components using vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges and other measuring instruments.
- Ensure components are machined accurately as per specified dimensions and quality requirements.
- Monitor machine operations and identify basic machining, tooling or production issues.




- Carry out tool changes and maintain proper cutting conditions during production.
- Maintain production and inspection records accurately.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain cleanliness and discipline around the machine and work area.
- Coordinate with the production and quality teams to ensure smooth and productive manufacturing operations.
- Take responsibility for assigned production work and ensure it is completed accurately and on time.
