About the Role

As a Video KYC Associate, you will interact with customers over video calls and assist with the customer verification and KYC process. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, accuracy, and a skilled approach to customer interactions.

- Eligibility:

- Graduation in any discipline
- Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable interacting with customers over video calls
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with digital platforms
- Candidates with experience in KYC, customer service, banking, NBFC, fintech, verification or BPO processes are welcome
- Comfortable working from the office in Andheri East, Mumbai

• Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹32,000 per month (in-hand)

Depending on the candidate’s profile and selection.

- Week days: 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM (Rotational)
- Weekend (Rotational): Fixed Off
- Location:

Andheri East, Mumbai, Maharashtra
