Profile: Manager-In-Store Visual Merchandising (Retail)

Based Location: Mumbai

Traveling to Multiple Locations / PAN India (Min 10-15 days a month)

Role Summary

We are looking for a creative and commercially driven Manager / Senior Manager In-Store Visual Merchandising to lead visual merchandising execution across retail stores.

The role will be responsible for enhancing brand visibility, ensuring consistent store presentation, creating impactful customer experiences, and driving sales through effective visual merchandising strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement visual merchandising standards and guidelines across stores.
- Ensure consistent brand presentation, product displays, window displays, and promotional setups.
- Collaborate with Retail Operations, Marketing, and Sales teams to support business objectives and sales growth.
- Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, recent launches, festive promotions, and store refresh initiatives.
- Conduct regular VM audits, monitor compliance, and drive corrective actions where required.
- Analyse customer behaviour,



store performance, and merchandising effectiveness to optimize displays.
- Train and mentor store teams on visual merchandising best practices and brand standards.
- Manage VM materials, vendor coordination, and budget utilization.

Requirements

- 10-15 years of Visual Merchandising experience in Retail, Jewellery, Fashion, Lifestyle, Luxury, or Consumer Brands.
- Strong understanding of retail space planning, display techniques, and customer engagement.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stores and execute large-scale VM initiatives.
- Strong leadership, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel across stores on a regular basis.
