Position Overview

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced senior graphic & video designer to lead our visual creative strategy.

In this dual-craft role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing compelling static graphics, motion graphics, and high-impact video content across digital platforms, brand assets, social media, and ad campaigns. You will own the visual storytelling pipeline from initial brainstorming and storyboarding to final post-production and asset handoff.

Key Responsibilities

1. Motion Graphics & Video Production

Edit high-performing short-form and long-form video content tailored for social media (Reels, Shorts), YouTube, websites, and digital ad channels.

Create energetic 2D/3D motion graphics, typography animations, lower thirds, logo reveals, and visual effects (VFX).

Manage the full post-production workflow: video cutting, color grading, sound design, audio mixing, and caption integration.

Storyboard and visually script video concepts in collaboration with marketing and copy teams.

2. Graphic Design & Brand Identity

Conceptualize and produce high-converting digital marketing assets, including ad creatives, social media graphics,



email banners, and web visuals.

Design print and brand collaterals such as pitch decks, brand guidelines, packaging, event banners, and marketing brochures.

Maintain absolute brand consistency across all visual touchpoints while continuously evolving the brand aesthetic.

3. AI-Assisted Creative Execution

Integrate AI creative tools (such as Midjourney, Photoshop Generative Fill, Runway, or Firefly) to streamline storyboard generation, image manipulation, and visual ideation.

Stay ahead of emerging design trends, video formats, and platform-specific visual specs.

4. Creative Leadership & Collaboration

Partner closely with marketing managers, copywriters, and content strategists to translate campaign goals into eye-catching visual formats.

Organize and maintain a clean digital asset management (DAM) system for all source files, templates, and final renders.

Mentor junior design team members and review visual deliverables for quality control.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Experience: 2+ years of professional graphic design and video editing experience, ideally in an agency, high-growth startup, or corporate marketing setting.

Portfolio: A portfolio or showreel demonstrating expertise in motion design, video editing, branding, and digital graphic design is mandatory.

Software Mastery:

Video/Motion: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve (or Audition for sound).

Graphic Design: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma.

Technical Skills: Strong understanding of aspect ratios, frame rates, color theory, typography, composition, video codecs, and platform render specs.

Soft Skills: Exceptional eye for detail, strong visual storytelling ability, and performance under tight campaign deadlines.
