Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced

VisionPLUS CMS Developer with robust hands-on experience in

CMS core functionality, transaction processing, statement processing, embossing, and CMS posting concepts

. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the VisionPLUS platform and be capable of participating in the analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation of CMS-related functionalities.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain

VisionPLUS CMS core functionalities

.

- Work on

CMS posting concepts

, transaction processing, statement processing, and related functionality.

- Develop and support embossing-related changes and enhancements

.

- Participate in the analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation of CMS functionalities.

- Understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions within the VisionPLUS platform.

- Support the implementation and deployment of

CMS changes and enhancements

.

- Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical solutions within agreed timelines.

- Collaborate with business analysts, functional teams, QA teams, and other technical teams.

- Perform impact analysis for new requirements and changes to existing CMS functionality.

- Prepare and maintain technical documentation related to development and implementation activities.





- Ensure solutions follow established development standards and project guidelines.

Required Technical Skills

- 4–12 years of hands-on development experience in VisionPLUS/CMS.

- Strong understanding of

CMS core functions and development

.

- Good knowledge of

CMS posting concepts

.

- Hands-on experience in:

- Transaction Processing

- Statement Processing

- Embossing-related changes

- CMS Core Functions

- CMS Enhancements and Customizations

- Strong experience in analysis, design, development, and implementation of VisionPLUS CMS functionalities.

- Hands-on experience in one or more

VisionPLUS modules

, such as:

- CMS

- FAS

- TRAMS

- LTS

- ASM

- VMX

- WINGSFM

- Experience with

CMS Commercial Cards functionality will be an added advantage.

- Good understanding of SDLC and software development practices.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working on credit card/payment processing applications

.

- Knowledge of commercial card processing and related CMS functionality.

- Experience working in banking, financial services, or card-processing environments.

- Good communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work independently as well as within a cross-functional team.
