Understand client requirements and recommend suitable visa options. Handle documentation and ensure all required documents are complete and accurate.

Prepare and review visa applications before submission. Follow up with clients regarding pending documents, application status, and updates. Stay updated with changes in visa rules, immigration policies, and embassy requirements.

Maintain proper records of client applications and follow-ups. Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth processing. Achieve monthly targets and contribute to overall business growth.





Provide excellent customer service and build solid client relationships.

Requirements Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in visa counselling, immigration, overseas education, or a related field. Good knowledge of visa documentation and application processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong convincing and counselling abilities. Ability to handle multiple clients and meet deadlines. Target-oriented and motivated to earn incentives. Basic computer knowledge and good documentation skills.
