Byvin Overseas is seeking a detail-oriented Visa Consultant / Office Executive to assist clients with documentation, coordinate application processing, and provide clear updates throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client requirements and explain the relevant application steps and document checklists.

- Collect and review documents for completeness and consistency.

- Assist with application preparation and coordinate processing with the relevant team.

- Maintain accurate client files, application records, and status updates.

- Follow up on pending documents, appointments, and deadlines.

- Respond to client queries professionally and communicate progress promptly.

- Handle personal documents and client information confidentially.

- Communicate requirements accurately without promising visa approval.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.





- Good spoken communication skills in English, Hindi, and Malayalam.

- Skilled presentation and a proactive, customer-focused attitude.

- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

- Basic computer proficiency, including email, document preparation, and record maintenance.

- Ability to manage multiple client files and follow-ups responsibly.

Additional Information

- Three-month probation period.

- Candidates from Wayanad district are preferred. Applicants from other districts may apply if they can arrange their own local accommodation.

- Food and accommodation are not provided.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
