Role & responsibilities

1. Video Recording & Production

Capture Footage: Set up and operate camera, audio, and lighting equipment for high-quality shoots. Direct Talent: Guide on-screen talent or interviewees to ensure natural and engaging performances.

Manage Assets: Organize, back up, and maintain all raw footage and audio files safely.

1. Video Editing & Post-Production

Assemble Cuts: Create engaging narrative flows using rough cuts, fine cuts, and final masters. Enhance Visuals: Apply color correction, color grading, and dynamic text overlays/motion graphics.

Audio Engineering: Clean up background noise, balance dialogue, and integrate background music/sound effects.

Export & Deliver: Format and optimize videos for various platforms (e.g., YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, Website).

Preferred candidate profile





Experience:2+ years of professional video recording and editing experience

Software Mastery: Proficiency in industry-standard tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.

Technical Skills: Strong understanding of framing, lighting setups, multi-cam shooting, and audio capture.

Time Management: Proven ability to manage tight project deadlines over a fixed 3-month window.

Communication: Transparent collaborative skills to translate project briefs into visual realities.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience creating motion graphics or animations using Adobe After Effects.
