About the RoleAt Unfazed, we bridge timeless wisdom and modern human behavior. We create visual content connecting mental wellness, emotional resilience, and modern psychology with stories, archetypes, and lessons from the Mahabharata and Indian epics.

We are looking for a Full-Time Video Editor & Visual Storyteller who lives at the intersection of cinematic pacing, motion graphics, and deep cultural storytelling. You won’t just be cutting talking-head footage, you will be crafting narratives, bringing ancient scenes to life using modern animation and generative AI tools, and building high-retention hooks.

What You’ll Do

- End-to-End Editing: Edit short-form (Reels, Shorts) and long-form videos blending mental health concepts with Indian mythology and epic narratives.
- Visual Storytelling & Motion Design: Use After Effects, 2D animations, and dynamic kinetic typography to make complex ideas visually engaging.
- AI-Driven Visual Creation: Leverage generative AI workflows (Midjourney, Runway, Kling, ElevenLabs, Higgsfield, etc.) to generate consistent historical/mythological assets, scenes, and character visuals.
- Sound Design & Pacing: Build atmospheric, high-impact soundscapes that match the emotional gravity of the scripts.
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the founder to brainstorm visual hooks, scene transitions,



and narrative formats.

What We’re Looking For
- Genuine Context of Indian Epics: You deeply understand the Mahabharata, its key characters (Karna, Krishna, Arjuna, Shakuni, Bhishma, etc.), and their psychological archetypes. You don't need hand-holding to pick the right visual metaphors.
- Proven Editing Mastery: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve with a portfolio demonstrating clean cuts, cinematic pacing, and strong typography.
- AI & Animation Capabilities: Practical experience using AI generative tools for image/video generation and integrating them seamlessly into motion edits.
- Solid Sense of Story: You know how to hook an audience in the first 3 seconds and sustain retention through visual rhythm.
- Remote Setup: A high-performance editing setup (PC/Mac with dedicated GPU and high-speed internet) capable of smooth rendering and multi-layer compositions.
