Role Description This is a full time, on-site Video Editor Trainee role based in Noida. The trainee will support the production team in editing video content for various digital platforms, including corporate presentations, training modules, marketing campaigns, and social media assets.
Daily tasks include organizing raw footage, assembling rough cuts, refining edits, synchronizing audio, and applying basic color corrections under supervision. The role also involves assisting with motion graphics, simple animations,
and visual enhancements to ensure content aligns with brand and project guidelines. The trainee will collaborate with senior editors, designers, and project stakeholders, receive regular feedback, and participate in team reviews to develop professional editing skills.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess foundational skills in Video Production and an understanding of end-to-end content creation workflows.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Editing, including timeline management, cutting, sequencing, and audio synchronization.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to enhance visual consistency, tone, and overall image quality.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create basic titles, overlays, and visual elements.
- Basic proficiency with industry-standard editing software (such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools) is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to follow brand and project guidelines are essential.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment are required.
- A relevant diploma, certification, or degree in film, media, design, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory for exceptionally skilled candidates.
