Role Description The Video Editor role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. This role involves editing raw video footage into polished, engaging content for brand campaigns, corporate presentations, social media, and other communication materials.

The Video

Editor will collaborate with designers and brand strategists to interpret creative briefs and maintain visual and brand consistency across projects. Daily tasks include organizing footage, applying transitions, synchronizing audio, adding basic motion graphics, and ensuring accurate color correction and grading. The role also requires managing project timelines, adapting content for multiple formats and platforms, and providing input on visual storytelling to enhance overall brand communication.

Qualifications

- Ability to work across video production workflows, including planning, shooting support, and asset organization.
- Strong video editing skills with proficiency in industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
- 1-2 years of experience in video editing, motion graphics or related field.
- Capability in motion graphics and graphics design using tools such as After Effects or equivalent.
- Attention to detail, strong visual storytelling skills,



and an understanding of branding and communication design.
- Ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team and respond constructively to feedback.
- Time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field is preferred, along with a robust portfolio showcasing video work.
