Role OverviewWe are seeking a creative and driven Video Editor with 1–3 years of experience to transform raw footage into compelling, high-retention visual stories. You will focus heavily on short-form content, digital ads, and social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Video Production: Edit raw footage into engaging videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and performance marketing ads.

- Post-Production: Add smooth transitions, kinetic typography, motion graphics, subtitles, and sound design.

- Optimization: Adapt long-form content into punchy short-form assets tailored to specific platform trends.

- Collaboration: Work alongside marketing and content teams to align edits with brand aesthetics and conversion goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience:



1 to 3 years of professional video editing experience (agency or D2C brand background preferred).

- Software Proficiency: Robust command of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.

- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of audio balancing, basic color grading, and video export compression settings.

- Portfolio: A strong showreel or portfolio demonstrating storytelling and pacing skills is mandatory

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
