We are looking for a Video Editor with 23 years of experience and exceptional skills in creating scroll-stopping social media videos and digital ads .

- Create high-impact video ads, Reels, Stories, Shorts, and social media content
- Turn raw footage, UGC, product assets, and stock footage into engaging video creatives
- Build strong hooks, pacing, transitions, typography, motion graphics, and sound design
- Create multiple ad variations for performance marketing campaigns
- Adapt videos for different platforms, formats, and audiences
- Stay ahead of social media trends, viral formats, and evolving editing styles
- Work closely with creative and marketing teams across multiple brands

Required Skills:

- 23 years of professional video editing experience
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, VEED, and VN Editor
- Excellent sense of pacing, storytelling, hooks, and visual communication




- Strong understanding of what makes social content stop the scroll and hold attention
- Ability to work fast and deliver high-quality creatives under tight deadlines
- A robust portfolio/showreel of social media and advertising work is mandatory

We are looking for someone who doesnt just edit videos but someone who primarily understands what makes people watch, engage, and take action. The work location will be in Chinchwad, Pune with a full-time commitment of 5 working days a week.
