About the Role

Aptapace Innovative Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative, skilled, and trend-aware Video Editor & Content Creator to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of short-form video content, social media trends, visual storytelling, and content creation. The candidate will be responsible for developing engaging video and creative content for Resident360 , along with supporting the company's digital marketing and brand communication initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging demo, tutorial, and feature-explainer videos for the Resident360 application.
- Conceptualize, shoot, edit, and publish Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social media videos .
- Create engaging content featuring employees, products, services, and company initiatives.
- Independently manage the complete video production process, from concept development and shooting to editing and final delivery .
- Design social media posters, promotional creatives, banners, and other visual marketing materials.
- Develop creative content ideas aligned with current social media trends and audience interests.
- Research emerging content formats, trends, and creative techniques to improve engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing and HR teams to develop content for campaigns, hiring initiatives, product promotions, and brand awareness.
- Use AI-powered tools and effective prompting techniques to create images, visuals, scripts, and other creative assets.
- Maintain consistency in brand identity, visual quality, and communication across all content.
- Organize and maintain video assets, project files, and creative resources.

Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with CapCut, Canva,



and Adobe After Effects .
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and short-form video content .
- Good knowledge of current social media trends and content formats.
- Strong creativity, visual storytelling, and communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage content from concept to final output .
- Basic knowledge of video shooting, framing, lighting, and audio is preferred.
- Ability to work on multiple creative projects and meet deadlines.
- Good attention to detail and a strong sense of visual aesthetics.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
- Experience creating content for technology, SaaS, or startup companies.
- Familiarity with AI-based creative and content-generation tools.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and content performance.

Eligibility
- Candidates with a minimum of 6 months of relevant experience in video editing, content creation, social media content, or a related field.
- Candidates must have a portfolio or work samples demonstrating their video editing and content creation skills.
- Freshers with strong portfolios and relevant practical experience may also be considered.
