Video Editor + Creative Assistant

I’m looking for someone to help me build two things from scratch:

My personal brand A small, sharp content agency

This isn’t a traditional video-editing job.

You’ll work closely with me to turn half-formed ideas, voice notes, conversations and raw footage into content people actually want to watch.

What you’ll do

Edit short-form videos for LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube

Turn around strong edits quickly, sometimes on the same day

Find hooks, cuts, music, references and visual treatments

Bring chic, internet-native ideas instead of waiting for instructions

Assist with shoots, research, content planning and everyday execution

Organise footage and keep the content calendar moving

Develop formats and systems we can eventually scale across clients

You’ll be a great fit if

You have excellent taste and a robust sense of pacing

You understand what makes content feel current without making it cringe

You’re fast, dependable and comfortable working with messy raw material





You can take a loose voice note and turn it into a finished piece

You use AI tools intelligently to move faster

- You want to build something from zero, not simply receive editing tasks

A little about me

I’m Divyansh Shukla, a B2B SaaS marketer working across AI, growth, demand generation, product marketing and GTM. I’ve led demand generation and marketing teams, previously worked at VWO, and studied at MICA Ahmedabad.

Now, I want to build a more public body of work around everything I’ve learned: the experiments, opinions, wins, mistakes and behind-the-scenes reality of building growth teams.
